My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The easy access ground floor room was convenient, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent.

The location was great, tucked away from the busy streets of Mayfair, convenient to many areas in London. The dining experience was extremely slow despite plenty of staff, although the choices were amazing.
